- For the record, presented by Deborah Glass at the Ombudsman, which outlined the role that public records play in enabling proper investigation, and where incomplete, unreliable or missing records can frustrate them.
- Service Victoria - how government is changing work to meet the digital age, presented by Helen Anstis, Executive Director Corporate at Service Victoria, which set out the agile and paperless philosophy that has guided the establishment and management of this new agency.
- One Corporate Records Manager. 7000 staff. Five campuses, presented by Alan Kong, Manager Corporate Records at Western Health, which addressed some of the challenges in building relationships across a large distributed organisation and getting buy-in for key initiatives.

Summary of Presentation: Amber provided a detailed the history of women in policing in Victoria. Victoria Police and the Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) share custodianship of a vast array of records created by Victoria Police from the 1850s onwards. Recently, records held at PROV provided a surprising insight into the history of women in policing, and led to some unexpected discoveries. These records are now on loan to Victoria Police Museum for the exhibition Agents of Change: Celebrating 100 years of women in policing.

Summary of presentation: This presentation delivered by Sally, Tim and Sheena outlined how the largest municipality in Victoria transformed their information management regime from predominately paper-based to digital.

RMN presentation by: Linda Tolson at Monash Health on 6 May 2016.
Summary of presentation: Linda described how Monash Health has been able to create better information management efficiencies. As the largest health provider in the state, Monash Health manages a vast array of records covering patients, clinical health, and business administration, including significant quantities of contracts and student practitioner records. Recordkeeping issues and challenges were identified, with the aim to have 70% of electronic documents stored in their EDRMS. This involved a TRIM and network drive migration, file mapping and sweeping out the DIRT – documents which were Duplicates, Irrelevant, Redundant and/or Trivial.
