PROV holds a variety of records relating to the establishment and operation of Victorian State Schools. The collection includes plans and photographs of school buildings and correspondence files about many government schools.
What do I need to know before I start?
The school's name, or its number (the records which are the subject of the pages below can be searched using either). Public schools in Victoria each have their own number. A school’s number remains the same, even if its name changes.
