Description of this GroupDescription of this Group
Following the re-election of the Kennett Government in April 1996 an Agriculture and Resources portfolio was established with the appointment of a Minister for Agriculture and Resources. The portfolio comprises the whole of the former Agriculture (VRG 34) portfolio and parts of the former Natural Resources (VRG 129) and Energy and Minerals (VRG 102) portfolios.
